Patt's Moving Center does not offer "Insurance".  Valuation is
the term used in the moving industry.  The State of Nebraska
allows us to offer three different types of Valuation to the
customer...

1.  30 cents per pound per item.  This is free to the customer
and the most economical.

2.  The lump sum value declared by the shipper or $5000.00,
whichever is greater, subject to a 250.00 deductible.

3.  The lump sum value declared by the shipper or $10000.00
whichever is greater, not subject to a deductible.

There is an additional charge for options 2 and 3.
